The swearing in and welcome ceremony for his Honour Judge Rozen will be held at 9.15am on Thursday 23 June 2022.
The ceremony will take place in Ceremonial Court 3.3 on Level 3 of the County Court and will be followed by morning tea.
All barristers proposing to attend in person will be able to collect a Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) on 22 or 23 June 2022 from the Victorian Bar office (Level 5, Owen Dixon Chambers East).
If you would like to attend the ceremony in-person, you will be required to be fully vaccinated, and the Court also asks that you undertake the following steps:
- Please self-administer a RAT on the morning of the welcome ceremony and complete a declaration of negative result. Please show the completed declaration to G4S security upon entering the Court building.
- Upon entry to the Court building foyer, you will be required to proceed through security.
- Masks are required to be worn upon entry to the court building and within the courtroom. Masks may be removed during the course of the morning tea if food and drink are being consumed.
If you are unable to attend the welcome ceremony, it will be live-streamed and can be accessed via this Zoom link.
