Members are reminded that Practice Direction No. 6 of 2022 has commenced. The Practice Direction sets out when in-person appearances are required, including at contest mentions (at [13]) as well as bail applications after first remand hearings (at [24.1]) and other hearings involving an accused in custody (at [25.1]).
