The County Court is currently experiencing technical issues with its eLodgement system which requires its Criminal Registry staff to manually seal any urgent documents such as subpoenas and bail applications. If a practitioner requires the sealing of any urgent documents, they can contact the Criminal Registry at ccvcriminal.registry@courts.vic.gov.au to request same.
