Applications for judge alone trials can only be made pursuant to Chapter 9 of the Criminal Procedure Act 2009 (Vic) while a pandemic declaration is in force.

The current pandemic declaration is due to expire at 11.59pm on 12 October 2022. Members are therefore reminded that any applications for judge alone trials must be made on or before 12 October 2022.
