The swearing in and welcome ceremony for his Honour Judge Bayles will be held in Ceremonial Court 3.3 at the County Court at 9.15am on Thursday 28 April 2022.
If you would like to attend the ceremony in-person, you will be required to be fully vaccinated, and the Court also asks that you undertake the following steps:
· Please self-administer a Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) on the morning of the welcome ceremony and complete the attached declaration of negative result. Please show the completed declaration with you to G4S security upon entering the Court building.

The testers will provide you with a confirmation of negative result on a slip of paper to show G4S security upon entering the Court building. Please allow 30 minutes for conducting the RAT at the testing tent.
· Upon entry to the Court building foyer, you will be required to proceed through security.
· Masks are required to be worn upon entry to the court building and within the courtroom. Masks may be removed during the course of the morning tea if food and drink are being consumed.
Barristers are able to collect a RAT from the Victorian Bar office located at Owen Dixon Chambers East, Level 5, 205 William Street.
